My passion is showing and teaching others what I have learned in my own personal journey of trusting the Universe and allowing God to work through me to help bring love and healing into this world, starting with me. I believe in walking the talk. I believe in limitless possibilities. I believe life is fully abundant and there is plenty for everyone. As Gandhi said, "Be the change you wish to see in the world."
After many years of being "the victim" and living a very negative life, I decided to hire a life coach and learn how to turn my life around, starting with thinking more positively and understanding what it was that was holding me back from all my potential success. What a blessing and a fabulous experience that was (and still is!) for me.
It was then that I decided I wanted to become a certified life coach as well, and be able to help others along a similar path. I practice values-based coaching, which helps clients identify their core values and realize that, by knowing what those values are, it can answer so many questions relating to how a person is living their life. The person can then determine whether or not they are in alignment with those values. Coaching helps the client discover what blocks are holding them back from achieving all the success they can truly want in their lives.
I work primarily with spiritually-minded women, coaching in both one-on-one coaching sessions as well as group sessions. I primarily coach in the areas of Life Transition, Relationship Transition and Spiritual Growth/Transition. I also conduct personal development workshops and retreats.
I received my certification from IPEC (the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching), an ICF-accredited school, in July 2010 and have coached over 200 clients since that time.
I am currently working on my certification for Reiki, having been certified as a Level 2 Reiki Practitioner. I completed my Bachelors of Metaphysical Sciences degree through the University of Sedona and have become an ordained minister. I recently completed my Masters degree and am currently working on my Doctoral degree.
I am also a certified facilitator for the IONS Conscious Aging™️ Program.
In my spare time, I am an avid reader, baker and cook and I love to travel.
