If you can change one thing in your life, and it would mean that you would be completely peaceful and at ease once that change occurred,
what would that one thing be?
Life is about opportunities and choices. Every day, people make choices regarding everything they do, whether at home, work or elsewhere. We can choose how we wish to respond to the world, as opposed to just reacting to it. This is called making conscious choices. Once we begin to make conscious choices, we now can have control over our life.
We can all create the lives we want by knowing that we are in total control of the choices we make regarding our thoughts, our emotions, our responses to outside events that occur in our world. By knowing that opportunities are limitless, any person can become empowered to make those choices which will best serve their own individual interests. This is conscious choosing. THIS is empowerment.
Some people find themselves at a crossroads in their lives, perhaps with work, school, family, relationships, or even with themselves. Others know they are in a great place and just want to move forward with more grace and ease. Coaching helps people look more closely at and realize the opportunities which exist for them and helps them to learn how to choose consciously. By responding rather than reacting, a person can realize they do have control over his or her life, which empowers them even further to be able to create the ideal life of their dreams.
By connecting with a higher power, your own higher self, the Universe or God, you can recognize the blessed Divinity within you and begin to realize that all things ARE possible and that you ARE a co-creator with your own life.
